I've been a full time Realtor since 2005.

Back in 2006 when most agents took pictures with their home camera, I was one of the first to incorporate virtual tours and HD photography into every single home I sold. I was also one of the first Realtors to offer home staging services – something that was unheard of at the time.

Because of my forward thinking, in 2007 in my first full time year as a Realtor I smashed office sales records and was the top producing agent. For the next 5 years in a row I was what the Toronto Real Estate Board considers a “Super Agent” having completed over 50 deals per year on my own. Out of over 50,000 agents only a few dozen achieve this number and in 2010 I was one of the top producing individual agents in all of Canada for my previous brokerage having completed 76 transactions that year.
